🚧COMING SOON! These features are currently in the pilot phase.
A clearer new header
The modes (Manage time slots and Display schedule) and views (Month, Week, Day, Agenda) are grouped on a single line to maximize space. Fewer clicks, faster navigation.
The action icons in the Agenda view (Plan an event, Print today’s schedule, and Print a patient's documents group) are now located to the right of each day.
The Day, Week, and Month views are easier to navigate with Previous and Next buttons. The display interval selection (e.g., 15-minute intervals) for the Day and Week views is now located at the top of the time column.
Filters for every situation
Six filters are now available in all views and can be applied to multiple calendars at once, so you no longer need to check them one by one.
Filter | What it helps you do |
State | View available, proposed, booked online, to reassign, and canceled appointments. |
Confirmation | Identify patients who have not confirmed their attendance |
Attendance | Identify absences and undocumented attendance |
Activity | Filter by appointment activity(ies) |
Status | Filter by appointment status(es) |
Time | Target a specific time range |
💾 Save your display preferences using the disk icon.
⏩ Quickly select a filter by clicking the “Only” option when hovering over the filter.
What this means in practice
Search for availability by activity(ies) and calendar group → Available filter (replaces the old Search availabilities mode) combined with the Activity filter. You can search multiple calendars simultaneously (e.g., Nutritionist, Nurse, Social Worker groups, etc.)!
Manage appointments to be reassigned → To reassign filter (replaces the old to Reassign appointments mode). To view all appointments to be reassigned in a calendar, select a date in the past and click the new View more button.
Track pending proposals → Proposed filter to quickly identify patients requiring follow-up.
Track appointments booked online → Booked online filter to identify errors, such as a patient who wants to see a doctor for sinusitis during a time slot reserved for lab tests.
Track appointments canceled online → Use the At the patient's request via a web portal filter to identify patients who need to be followed up with for a new appointment. Cancellations are available in all views, with the reason and timeframe visible at a glance.
Reduce no-shows → Use the Not confirmed filter to quickly identify patients who need to be followed up with.
Absence management → No-show filter to quickly view appointments where the patient did not show up or canceled after the deadline, so you can bill according to your cancellation policy.
Document attendance → Undocumented filter to maintain reliable statistics.
Improvements to navigation
Detail windows can now be moved around the screen and remain open when you switch views. You can also change the status of an appointment directly from the detail window.
The Agenda view includes a View more button that lets you view availability and appointments for the coming days.
A search bar in the Print a patient's documents group menu in the Agenda view allows you to quickly search for a group of documents to print.
The miniature calendar displays one additional week (6 weeks), making it easy to switch from the current month to the previous or next month.
The hour column remains fixed when scrolling horizontally through multiple calendars at the same time in the Day view.
For institutions configured as multi-site groups: the institution selection menu and the multi-select toggle (for viewing multiple calendars simultaneously) are displayed in the upper-left corner of the header.
